Pastor Mrs Ighadalo is dead!

 

A former beauty queen and wife of popular Nigerian Pastor is dead!

Prompting a great shock and a lot of sadness in the country.

Ibiduni Ituah Ighadalo was reported dead on yesterday, Sunday in the early hours in her hotel room in Port Harcourt.

The cause of her death is yet to be officially released, although local media reported that she died of cardiac arrest.

The beautiful wife of the Trinity House Church in Lagos was said to be very giving and helpful. She is 39 and was to clock 40 the next month.

Bello, one of her friends told CNN that she received a Whatsapp message from her the night before her death about her birthday plans.

In her words, she said "I have known her since university, but very casually. We both went through infertility, that's really what brought together."

She further told CNN  " She was very giving. This message that she sent to me before she died, that's who she was., there's nothing more to say beyond that."

Here is the message Late Ibiduni sent her before she died.

" Sweetie, it's my 40th birthday next month," She wrote in the Whatsapp message.

"And I want to help 40 couples to have their babies... That's all I want. No party. No surprise. Nothing. I just want to make 40 homes happy" She continued. 

Her husband, Pastor Ituah Ighadolo expressed the way he felt during a funeral service he officiated on Sunday.

"At 2' O clock this morning, I received a call that shattered my life...Life is a deep mystery, there's no human being, no matter how wise they are who can understand life. Let us accept the mystery of life. We don't have control over most things in life." He said.

There has been a huge outpour of emotions on social media as people are to with tributes on their pages and messages. Condolence visit not left out for the deceased family.

President Buhari was part of the people who expressed his condolence.

"The President shares the pain and sorrow of the family at the sudden death, and prays God's comfort for the entire family, friends and members of Trinity House," His aide said in a statement.

Governor Jidesanwoolu, Mercy Johnson and a lot of other lovers of Ibiduni expressed their sadness over her sudden death.

May her gentle, sweet soul rest in the sweetest peace. Amen.
